1. Introduction
Purpose: Welcome to Barrier! Our app facilitates networking through 1:1 conversations between users.

9. Payment and Subscription Terms

Subscription Fees: Our app offers various subscription plans. Detailed information about the subscription fees, billing cycles, and any applicable taxes will be provided at the time of subscription. All fees are charged in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

User Responsibility: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExperienceBarrier LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of your use of the app or your violation of these ToS.
12. Termination
Termination Rights: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app, without notice and liability, for conduct that we believe violates these ToS or is harmful to other users.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. We may delete your content and account information, and you will not be entitled to any refunds for any paid services.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These ToS and any disputes related to them or the app will be governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
